At GORLYBEY, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@gorlybey.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GORLYBEY is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
