Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Destinations
• United States: Standard Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders.
• International: We focus primarily on the US market. For select international destinations, shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
We work with a network of premium suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure the fastest delivery. Estimated delivery times to the United States are:

• Standard Shipping (FREE): 5–8 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Origins
Our products are fulfilled by trusted suppliers located in various certified warehouses, including Asia and the United States, depending on product availability and your delivery address. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are generally not applicable for retail shipments. However, any customs fees or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority are the buyer's responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GORLYBEY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@gorlybey.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
